Fundamental British Values (FBV) are taught through the Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural (SMSC) part of our curriculum.
SMSC looks at the holistic development of our pupils.
Both SMSC and FBV are at the heart of our curriculum and are ever present in daily lessons.
Staff help pupils to understand the words and model the concepts involved in FBV to encouraged them to think about the world that they are living in; to understand differences, become good citizens, show tolerance and be open-minded.
Celebrating Being Different
On Sport Relief day, Friday 23rd March, we celebrated all aspects of being different. One of the ways we achieved this, was through watching the following video. Our children loved it!
